Tobias Watson, a joiner of Garthorpe, was said to preach at a conventicle of Baptists which met at Waltham on the Wolds in 1669.[1]<\/a> Six nonconformists were noted in 1676, with 91 who conformed.[2]<\/a><\/p>\n

No later evidence of nonconformity has been found.<\/p>\n
