Thorpe Acre is another small hamlet, about half a mile south-east of Dishley, now effectively within Loughborough.<\/p>\n<p>Two nonconformists were noted in Dishley in 1676.<a title=\"\" href=\"file:\/\/\/C:\/Users\/Pam\/Documents\/WIP\/Crowd%20sourcing\/Crowd%20sourcing%20relig\/draft%20pages\/Protestant%20nonconformity%20in%20Hathern%20and%20Dishley.docx#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> It is possible that this return includes people resident in Thorpe Acre.
